The Saltisford Canal Trust Welcomes boating visitors to the arm.
We are a small charity and receive no outside funding.
Enquiries on all matters via our Saltisford Site Office- Administrator Jacky Priest or Site Manager Ian Newman {Please note that our Administrator works part time some email or written enquires may take a couple of days to be responded to}.
Our daily visitor mooring fee is £8.00 per day, however if you join the Trust (£9.60 single/£12 joint/£180 life) you will always get your first night’s mooring at Saltisford free of charge.
The Arm has the following facilities for visiting overnight boats:
Winding Hole
Electric Hook Up Points- upgraded in 2014- Charged; Smartcard contact the Saltisford Office. Accessible from all visitor moorings
WIFI hotspot- new in 2014- Charged; contact the Saltisford Office for password (changes for each user).
CCTV Security Cameras
Waterpoints: various points around the site ( accessible from all moorings with a long hose)
Elsan Disposal – in bin room use BW Key for Access
Rubbish Disposal: Boaters household bagged refuse only
Recycling facilities a short walk away at the rear of Sainsbury’s
Waste oil can be disposed of – check with the Saltisford Office.
Pump Out- on our service jetty, book with the Saltisford Office.
Calor Gas- sold at list price
20 kg Bagged Coal
Small Chandlery: in Visitor Centre, with very competitive prices
Weekending and short term moorings- contact the Saltisford Office.
Picnic Tables and BBQ area- please clean up after use
Local Tourist Information- including maps in the Visitor Centre
Souvenirs and Ice Cream- in the Visitor Centre
Car Parking by prior arrangement- contact the Saltisford Office.
Laundrette- coin operated ; collect the key from the Saltisford Office.
Book Exchange – in the Laundrette.
Canal Side Gardens- major new landscaping in 2013, 2014 & 2015
For boaters wishing to moor for more than 14 nights, we often have space available, and charge competitive rates based upon boat length, please email for details

Please note: dogs must be kept on a lead, no cycling on site.
The gates are locked about 6pm with padlocks using a BWB key

Transport:
G1 Bus stops outside the arm on the Birmingham Road , buses every 10 minutes during the day.
Warwick Parkway Station is about 10 minute walk.
Sainsbury’s Supermarket about 5 minutes walk
Warwick Town Centre about 10 minutes walk- numerous shops, pubs and restaurants.
Warwick Market is on a Saturday in the Market Place.
A Farmers Market is held on the 4th Friday of the Month
